I have a completed Foundational Copy Sheet for my brand (details below).
Using ONLY the information from this sheet, please create a 10-email Abandoned Checkout Flow for my Klaviyo account.
The flow must include two separate paths:
- New Customers (never purchased) – 5 emails.
- Returning Customers (has purchased before) – 5 emails.
For each email, please provide:
- Email Title (Internal Name)
- Subject Line (optimized for opens)
- Preview Text (1 line)
- Headline suggestion
- Full Body Copy (150–250 words, mobile-friendly, persuasive)
- Dynamic Product Block suggestion (where it should go)
- 1–2 Testimonials or Reviews (pulled from copy sheet)
- Clear Call-to-Action (Complete Your Order, Finish Checkout, etc.)
- Timing (delay from previous email)
- Optional Incentive or Urgency (when appropriate)
Tone Guidelines:
- New Customers: Light brand introduction, build trust, include first-order incentive (discount/free shipping), use social proof heavily, create urgency in final email.
- Returning Customers: Skip brand intro, thank them for coming back, focus on value and urgency, offer loyalty perk instead of a big discount (unless specified).
