I have a completed Foundational Copy Sheet for my brand (details below).
Using ONLY the information from this sheet, please create Browse Abandonment Flow emails for my Klaviyo account.
The flow needs two separate paths:
- New Customers (never purchased)
- Returning Customers (have purchased before)
For each path, write 2 emails (Email 1 sends 1–4 hours after browse, Email 2 sends 24 hours later if no purchase).
Each email should be 150–200 words, mobile-friendly, and include:
- Subject Line (optimized for opens)
- Preview Text (1 line)
- Headline suggestion
- Body Copy (conversational and persuasive)
- Dynamic Product Block suggestion (for Klaviyo)
- 1 testimonial or review pulled from the copy sheet
- Call-to-Action (Shop Now, Return to Product, etc.)
- Optional urgency or incentive messaging (if appropriate)
Tone Guidelines:
- New Customers: Briefly introduce the brand, emphasize why the product is great, include any first-order incentive.
- Returning Customers: Skip the brand intro, highlight value, loyalty, or urgency, and avoid unnecessary discounts unless specified.
