I have a completed Foundational Copy Sheet for my brand (details below).
Using ONLY the information from this sheet, please create a 4-email Post-Purchase Flow for my Klaviyo account.
The flow needs three separate versions of the first email based on how many times the customer has ordered:
- 1st Order (new customer)
- 2nd Order (repeat buyer)
- 3+ Orders (VIP customer)
After Email 1, all customers receive the same 3 follow-up emails (Emails 2–4).
For each email, provide:
- Email Title (Internal Name)
- Subject Line (optimized for open rates)
- Preview Text (1 line)
- Headline suggestion
- Full Body Copy (150–250 words, mobile-friendly, and engaging)
- Suggestions for Dynamic Content Blocks (if applicable)
- 1–2 Testimonials or Reviews (from the copy sheet)
- Call-to-Action (Track Order, Explore Content, Follow Us, Shop Again, etc.)
- Timing (when to send each email relative to the order)
Tone Guidelines:
- 1st Order Customers: Welcoming, trust-building, and educational.
- 2nd Order Customers: Appreciative, loyalty-focused, and slightly sales-forward.
