What It Is
The Post-Purchase Flow is an automated sequence of 4 emails triggered whenever someone completes an order.
Its job is to thank customers, set expectations, build loyalty, and encourage repeat purchases or deeper engagement.
To personalize the experience, the first email is different depending on how many times the customer has ordered:
- Path 1: First-time buyers (build trust, welcome them to the brand).
- Path 2: Second-time buyers (thank them for coming back and reward loyalty).
- Path 3: 3+ orders (VIP appreciation message).
After the first email, all customers receive the same 3 follow-up emails.
